25 YEARS OF TRUSTED SERVICE
THE MANAGEMENT
The business is underpinned by a strong management structure with the requisite knowledge, skills and experience essential in delivering a primary service. Understanding not only the needs of the Wheatley Group through the partnership but also the needs of the tenant and the sensitive and urgent nature of the service provision. Dedicated administration and installation staff with extensive knowledge in the field complete the Wheatley Group Team.
PROTECTING VULNERABLE GROUPS
We comply fully with the relevant legislation and statutory guidance to ensure staff carrying out work in a tenant’s home are member of the PVG Scheme.
LOCATION
We have two locations in Scotland - East Kilbride & Kirkcaldy. We maintain a stock holding of around £500k at any one time with both of our warehouses having the capacity to carry out an emergency deliveries within 4 hours.
TENANT SAFETY
All operational staff are uniformed and carry ID badges. All operational staff have gone through DISCLOSURE Scotland. All delivery vehicles have company details, logo and contact details.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY
We carry out customer satisfaction surveys daily. We use these to gather specific positive and negative perceptions of our service. These are a very important tool for improving our services.

GIVING SOMETHING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY
CF Services began life in the third sector as a community-owned business in one of Glasgow’s peripheral housing estates, Castlemilk. We therefore fully understand the important role played in supporting the community.
We have continuously delivered direct benefits.
• We are wholly committed to local employment, with many of employees living in the council areas in which we operate, enabling us to realise community benefits by employing where possible a local workforce ranging from administrative staff, warehouse operatives, window blind technicians, furniture installers and carpet fitters.
• We are committed to training and development, and currently in partnership with MicroComm Scotland have two modern apprentices in our warehouses. We provide two modern apprenticeship roles annually.
• Providing work experience opportunities to young adults with additional support needs.
Community outcomes and community engagement
• We offering staff two days’ paid leave to contribute towards voluntary causes: previously this has included taking part in Sleep Out to raise money for homeless charities.
• We donate food to local foodbanks quarterly.
• Provide free window coverings, bed linen, towels where the tenancy will fail simply because they do not have basics.
• Redistribute and / or donate furniture items to support disadvantaged people across Scotland.
